JASON HEINKEL
Jason oversees all aspects of production and marketing for J2 Media. With nearly 30 years of experience in the production business, he has owned and operated J2 Media since it was created in 2000. He has acted as Director of Photography for programming on all major networks and cable channels, and has received both the prestigious Silver Telly and Emmy awards for his work.

JANE POSTON
Jane's passion is taking complicated and difficult topics and making them interesting and easy to understand. She has done this through her award-winning work at local news stations across the country, in network and cable news, corporate video and work as spokesperson and video producer for two municipal governments. Jane is happy to be working as the ‘other J’ in J2 Media, and looks forward to writing the next chapter.

SPENCER SCHMITT
Spencer is an Iowa native with roots in Kentucky, where received his degree in Broadcasting and Electronic Media. He spends most of his time in our edit bay, but also enjoys directing, operating cameras and designing websites - like this one! In his free time, Spencer likes to create music, hang out with his dogs and work on passion projects.

Lyle has a talent for developing robust branding and clean design that attracts and engages your clients and prospects. His marketing experience spans more than 20 years and includes graphic design, sales support marketing, branding, and trade show event planning and execution.
Producer
ERIN ROSS
Erin creates engaging and meaningful stories in video production – from concept development, to script writing, to organizing and managing volumes of video content. She is passionate about creating something unique in a world where there exists so much noise - whatever the format may be. When she's not working, Erin enjoys collecting vintage clothing and antiques, swing dancing, and spending time with her partially-one-eyed cat, Dennis.

PAUL WATKINS
Paul is our technical genius on staff with a deep knowledge of gear and equipment. He has worked in broadcast television production for over two decades throughout Phoenix and LA. His work includes field sound for NBC Super Bowl, all major networks and billion dollar corporate clients. Paul is a skilled director, with his knowledge of camera work guiding his careful management of live and recorded events.
Office Manager
ANGEL KRAUSE
Angel is a California native, but raised in Mesa, AZ. She received a degree in Law Enforcement after spending 5 years in the U.S. Army. She spends most of her time with Data Entry and enjoys helping the staff wherever needed. Angel enjoys camping with her family, going on mission trips, baking, scrapbooking and all arts & crafts.
