J2 Media is excited to announce that they have been awarded the bronze People’s Telly Award in Non-Broadcast Production and the Videographer Award if Excellence for the same video entry. People voted for the People’s Telly Award online across the globe and the Videographer Award was judged by marketing and communication professionals who have been judging these competitions for two decades…
The award winning video paid homage to Chandler, specifically the Chandler High School Football Team. The promotional video premiered at the wolves’ homecoming game last season and focused on the soon to be 2016 State Champions and their emphasis on teamwork, dedication, and what it means to be apart of the “pack”.
Specifically, their pre-game ritual is highlighted when team preforms a Hawaiian chant in front of the crowd. Varsity Head Coach Shaun Aguano, a Hawaiian native, who implements his state pride and idea of “Ohana” in the varsity team, set this tradition. This means that the Chandler team is devoted to protect their “pack” like “family” which has shown to be instrumental to their success.
J2 Media is proud to have worked with such a dedicated team to capture the intensity of the game on and off the field and to receive both of these awards for all of their hard work.
